I am rejecting this response because: after reviewing my [redacted] account,bank account,credit card account,I did not see the refund for the cleaning fee I also never received a check in the mail. I am asking the owner to please review and let me know how the cleaning fee that was charged initially at the onset of the reservation Was supposedly returned to me. If she finds that what I say is accurate which I believe to bethe case, I would like to have her have my [redacted] information through Revdex.com to refund it accordingly. Best regards
