cabinets, corners, edges etc, throughout the apartment and we did not find any traces of infestation. We also, open all the faucets to test the water temp and didn't feel any changethe only way the water comes hot is if you only turn the hot water on. During this inspection, we found that you have a pet (Black cat) that is not registered in our officePlease stop by the office to discuss.Furthermore, we don't have a record of you calling for a problem with roaches, For your convenience, we have the history of all the work orders that you have file we did not find anything about roaches however your apartment will be treated on 10/18/2017. ***, We sent a pest control company twice to place cages in the attic of this building, they never caught any animal We did a work order so maintenance crew could verify any entry points on such building, they didn't find anything out of place We replied to every
single email and kept communication open with her Tenant has already move out
