Ocean Blue Commercial Cleaning Services

Review: I purchased a move out cleaning a few weeks ago from [redacted], which then directed me to [redacted], which then sub-contracted out to Ocean Blue Cleaners of [redacted]. They confirmed that 930 on 3/** would work for them. I reached out last night (3/**) to confirm, and several hours later (9pm) they let me know they could not make it and are trying to reschedule for 9am Sunday. I need to be out of my apartment (it was a move out cleaning) by 5pm 3/**, so this is completely unacceptable. They have not return any of my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: Refund for the funds given, plus a refund for the money I had to pay for [redacted].
