and I advised him I would let him know by September 30th when I could start work. I was planning on already having the porch done, I didn't know it was going to take so long to get the deposit. I had multiple prior engagements scheduled before I tried squeezing him in before I received the deposit. When I was able to do the job for [redacted] it was too cold for the necessary work to be done properly. Example, new sono tubes in the ground filled with concrete would have froze and left me screwed. I told Isaiah I could do the job in march when it warms up for proper curing of cement, h didn't accept and demanded deposit back. I told [redacted] I have all the materials for the job, he declined and persisted to want refund. I Cant just return all the supplies I bought for the job. I will get him the deposit back asap. I should not be considered a thief because of his impatience.
Please note that the vendor did return my money and I would like to close this complaint.
