Occasionally Cakes

Review: This bakery is a nightmare to deal with, and very shady. My bride and I contracted to have 6 dozen cupcakes ready for our wedding on November 2nd. We paid in advance. We contacted them 1 week prior to verify our order, then 3 days prior. We scheduled a 10 o'clock pick up time, and requested our bridesmaid stop and pick them up. She called to ensure they were ready, and was told to wait till 12. When she arrived at 12, no cupcakes. She was told by the owner, and I quote, "Well, we can fire up the ovens now if you want, but really whats the point? Just buy some of what we have and take those." Fire up the ovens? They hadn't even made them! And they had 3 weeks to get ready for this!What they did do, after much arguing with our bridesmaid, is tell her they would TRY to get them done and take them to our hotel for the reception, but they couldn't guarantee that would happen as they had other deliveries to make and, again quoting, "We don't want to mess up our delivery schedule." Cupcakes did arrive. The wrong ones. Not even remotely the right flavors we had requested.Fast forward 2 days. Please note, not once in that time did we get a call or message apologizing. My new wife and I go into Occasionally Cakes and request a refund. We are told no. Not a penny. 6 hours late and the wrong flavors and [redacted], one of the owners, tells me point blank she will not refund anything because they did what they needed to do. I guess what they needed to do was make our wedding a time of stress and anxiety, and never once apologize or make amends. These people don't honor their contracts.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cupcakes we paid for. I do not want a reimbursement for the wedding cake, as it was what we ordered.
