I hired Ocampo to do work in my home.Ask him to give me a quote on the work to be done he said you will like the price . After all was done $750.00 to put in a commode , small bath vanity /kitchen sink faucet . Then he never gave me a paid bill & a brake down of the cost of each item . I left my wallet on my office desk at home & I was missing $ 400.00 out of my wallet I was the only one home . He wanted to charge me $400.00 each window 3 windows the 2 larger windows 50 in x 50 in & one 3f xc 3 f window total of $1200.00 & was not going to pull a permit for the work thru Orange county Was going to do electrical work on my home with out a electrical license. At our request, Mr. Ocampo visited our home on 7 July to determine scope of multiple home repair needs and to provide an estimate of charges. We received a verbal estimate for our first task of repairs and repainting in one bath of $450. Mr. Ocampo said he would send us an email with confirmation of his proposal. We followed up with an email on 7 July stating our understandings from his visit, and requesting the quote. Not having received a response to the email, we sent a text to Mr. Ocampo on 9 July asking if he had received the email. His response was "Yes I did." Not having heard anything further, we called Mr. Ocampo on 10 and 11 July asking status of the quote. He responded on both occasions that he would send the quote that night. The quote was never received, and we heard nothing further from him.
