First of all thank you very much to send me an E-mail regarding in my complaint...
against Global Merchandising Solutions, Inc., I just wont to let you know that when you sent first letter to that company regarding my complaint, they are ready to agree to send my Ordered Items which I was ordered earlier and I was get all my Items as my Purchase Order. They are not send me my money back but they send all Items as per my Order, so I am Happy with that and please now closed my complaint against Global Merchandising Solutions, Inc.
So, My dispute is resolved and I request to you closed my complaint.

Review: I was places my order on March 22, 2014 through online and still I can't heard anything about my order. I wont to know about status of my order and I was call you 6-7 times but nobody give me proper answer. I was also login in your web site in my Account but there is no show up any update my order and no History of order. I was paid to you whole Amount of my Invoice, Every time I was contact to you by Phone and you or your people always need call back phone number, I was provide to you but nobody callback from your side to give me my status of my order. When I Placed my order that time you send me confirmation e-mail that one I have and in that e-mail you clearly mention that Date of this e-mail to 7-10 business I was received my Ordered materials, but your are not follow your rules so Please send me my whole Amount back and cancelled my Order. Now I didn't wont to Purchase Items from your company, I have more order to buy more stuff from your company but in my first order I was suffer like that I don't like and I need my Money back through PayPal.Desired Settlement: I need My fully Money Back(Refund) in Paypal Account.
