O.C. Construction

I live on ***, Meridian, ID. Since September 2019, O.C. CONSTRUCTION has been building houses across the street, with the workers blaring music, which can be heard over 2 blocks away and inside my house. The General Contractor for O.C. CONSTRUCTION was notified, in October 2019 and again November 2019, about the noise. The General Contractor stated that they had talked with other subcontractors, who confirmed the blaring music. The General Contractor said that they had contacted the owner of O.C. CONSTRUCTION, who said that he would stop the blaring music. On January 14, 2020, O.C. CONSTRUCTION was again blaring their music, with this noise continuing, until today, February 6, 2020. There is a City of Meridian's ordinance about nuisance noise (music being heard over 50 feet). Today, the blaring music can be heard over 1.5 blocks away, which is much more than 50 feet and inside my house. I've contacted O.C. CONSTRUCTION about the noise, but they’ve done nothing. Because it’s in a construction zone, I completely understand and accept construction noise, but the blaring music is a nuisance, invades my personal space, is discourtesy, and a blatant disrespect/disregard for my right to enjoy my house. I want the blaring music to stop, not for a day, not for a week, but until the construction is completed.
