Review: Endless delays, and total lack of communication or response.We're currently on week 8.5 of our (per the date on the contract) "5 week" project. Of the 35 cabinets that should be installed, we have only 22 on site, of those, only 8 are installed. 13 are completely missing. The bigger issue is that he will go for days up to weeks without any contact with us, and when he does finally email or text (never calls) he does not provide any information as to the delays. He will then make promises such as "the rest of the cabinets will be there tomorrow" which then are not followed through on. After multiple calls and emails, we finally got him to come out to the house Mon Jan 26th, to review the final missing pieces, he assured us to our face the rest of the cabinets would be done by Friday. It is now a week and a half later, and they are still not there, and we've had NO communication from him as to when they will arrive.Desired Settlement: We want the cabinets completed within the week.
