The door was defected, as it was not removed from the original packaging until May of We did A WHOLE house remodelThe screens to all of the windows and doors remained in the original packaging until May when they were ALL installed MrBoard and his Manager both looked at the screen, that was returned in it's original packaging and commented that it was defected They are the ones that removed it from the bed of the truck and said they would get in touch with the *** Rep to replace it I hope MrBoard follows through with his promise

I’m responding to ID#[redacted] Yes the customer returned the screen back to our store on May11,2016 The screen was originally delivered to their home on September 30,2014And returned to our store Damaged/bent not Defective 20 months laterwanting it replaced.I was trying to get help...

from our [redacted] Window Rep to replace thescreen. But after 20 months they wouldn’t replace the screen due to theTime that had passed since the original delivery.Each time that the customer called back I thought I had ordered theReplacement screen. I would receive several other calls from otherCustomers and get busy taking care of there needs and requests and ISlipped up and didn’t get the screen reordered. I ordered the screen today June 15, 2017 and checked there stockQuantity. I have a truck coming to our store Friday June 16 th andShould receive it then. I called the customer today and gave them the Information thatThe screen is suppose to ship tomorrow and we will deliver it As SoonAs Possible
