I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. It is disappointing! Last message from the Business was “I'm will to meet him and discuss the problems about the drain and get it resolved”, and I was waiting. However, no any contact and nothing happened just like before. Like this case, the business sent message to say “will meet and discuss…”, but did nothing. The Revdex.com system options are simply “Accept” or “refuse”. “Accept” looks like the problem got solved, but not really. “refuse” would also not be a good option against such proposal “will contact” from the business.  The problem is not solved. Regards,

The truth is that the contractor quoted $700 for the professional installation of drain, and I paid full price. Now the drain has problems, however the contractor did not come back to fix it, although they promised many times to fix the problems.
