hi, I bought a 2014 *** from O'Brian's Automotive Aug 8, 2019, and have nothing but problems from day 1 of owning my SUV, chip in the windshield that is now a crack, front end clunking sound. It didn't want to start after a few days of owning it, so I call them and took a picture of engine light on, They took there time to help me I got it running again and it just stop working altogether, call O brains they sent a guy out around the 16th of Aug. and drop it off a week later they did provide a rental at this time. o brains repair guy *** told me it was the battery and that they would fix it, O'Brian's returned my SUV. it worked for two days then had to have *** come give it a boost they also replace the battery around Aug. 27. It worked for about 3 days than was parked in my driveway. O'Brian's send a guy out to pick my SUV up but it didn't want to start with a boost so O'Brian's towed it to the nearest dealership in Kindersley *** around the 3rd of Oct. O'Brian's told me that they would give me a rental but I would have to find a way to pick it up in saskatoon. I told them that was a clunking in front of SUV, so the dealership in Kindersley took a look at it. they told me I needed strut and bearing in front and back and it would cost about 3000, when I ask O'Brien if they would fix it they told me there was nothing wrong with it . when I finally got my car back from the dealership in Kindersley, they changed the battery again the also fix a few problem in motor, sensors ad put new started in. but there was still a clunking sound in my tries. I told o' brains that there was still clunking that took over a month to get back to me. at the end of Oct, they told me that they would fix my SUV, but wouldn't pay for rental, so I would have to have found and paid for a ride back from dropping SUV off and would have to walk to and from work as they would have had my car I told I wouldn't be able to get a ride back from saskatoon. so I would have had to walk 209.1 km, to drop off my SUV and to pick it up. I'm a single parent of 5 and with only one ride, I'm paying full price 659 a month for use SUV that was broken. *** On the first cold day of January, my SUV stopped working, I put a battery charger to get it running and now save money to try to get it to fix. I just wanted a good reliable vehicle to get to work and my children to appointments safely. I do not have that with this vehicle that O'Brian's sold me
Other (requires explanation) I just want a Vehicle that is running that does not need to be fixed. One I can trust to drive with my loved ones, or have this one fix by a dealership I can trust and while it is being fixed I will need other means of transportation.

They have not contacted me since the mid to end of October 2019, and when we did talk I informed them that I did not accept their offer. They said they would fix the car themselves, and I would need to find my own ride during the time the car was with them. I could not stress enough that I could not be without a vehicle for that time period and they not only sold me, but kept sending back the same broken car over and over again from their shop and I did not trust their work. I should not be paying for a broken car, and a ride to and from saskatoon, than rides during the entire time my car is getting fixed , I deserve a rental. And I should be allowed to feel worried about sending my car back to them after our history.
