July 22,2015To whom it may concern,The complaint that [redacted] has brought to your organization concerning my business is completely inappropriate due to the simple fact that entire kennel building project was NEVER taken on by my business, Obedience MattersI had been in the involved in the walking, and boarding of her dog ***I was simply trying my best to assist [redacted] with this her desire to put up a kennel for her dogKennel building is not ,and never was a service that I have provided as business which can clearly be seen on my business website “www.obediencematters.com”I did not ask for nor collect any money for my efforts and in fact have never been paid for the rocks I had delivered and wheel barreled into her back yardThe turf that she purchased, and speaks of, was suggested by me after a bit of research on internet, given what she had explained to me via text, she needed to have, before her dog which was then being boarded at my home, could go back to her homeAfter she returned from vacation she made it clear that she was upset and expected “kennel to be finished by now”After this remark, it was clear to me that I was no longer interested in continuing to help [redacted] ***Again, there was never a professional agreement made concerning the building of her kennelThe only thing that I owe [redacted] is ***’s ecollar which was forgotten by both of us when see came to pick up her dogs during their last stayShe also never paid me for the days her dog Albi stayed at my house during her last tripWith respect to the grass I pulled up, this was the area which she told me kennel needed to goThis was an area which she designated as an area she never used and thus was the best spot to have a kennel where [redacted] could be keptShe knew the grass had to come up as the kennel needed a base that could not be dug up and was easy to keep cleanThe checks she claims to have given me, were in fact given to me but were for boarding and foodThe only thing I will offer to do is mail her ecollar and promise to see her in court to address her complaints and attempt to collect on the her debt to me.Regards,Ryan H

walking, and boarding of her dog [redacted]. I was simply trying my best to assist [redacted] with this her desire to put up a kennel for her dog. Kennel building is not ,and never was a service that I have provided as business which can clearly be seen on my business website “www.obediencematters.com”. I did not ask for nor collect any money for my efforts and in fact have never been paid for the rocks I had delivered and wheel barreled into her back yard. The turf that she purchased, and speaks of, was suggested by me after a bit of research on internet, given what she had explained to me via text, she needed to have, before her dog which was then being boarded at my home, could go back to her home. After she returned from vacation she made it clear that she was upset and expected “kennel to be finished by now”. After this remark, it was clear to me that I was no longer interested in continuing to help [redacted]. Again, there was never a professional agreement made concerning the building of her kennel. The only thing that I owe [redacted] is [redacted]’s ecollar which was forgotten by both of us when see came to pick up her dogs during their last stay. She also never paid me for the 9 days her dog Albi stayed at my house during her last trip. With respect to the grass I pulled up, this was the area which she told me kennel needed to go. This was an area which she designated as an area she never used and thus was the best spot to have a kennel where [redacted] could be kept. She knew the grass had to come up as the kennel needed a base that could not be dug up and was easy to keep clean. The checks she claims to have given me, were in fact given to me but were for boarding and food. The only thing I will offer to do is mail her ecollar and promise to see her in court to address her complaints and attempt to collect on the her debt to me.Regards,Ryan H
