I had music computer customized built from PC Audio Labs and the order was completed January 20, 2016, ORDER # ***, with *** *** I received the computer on 2/19/ The computer would not turn on I contacted them and they sent a return label on 2/23/ They received the computer back to them on 2/15/They sent me a 2nd computerI received the 2nd computer on 3/3/ The 2nd computer would not turn on We tried to troubleshoot the problem by phone but it would not work The computer was returned back to them I also requested a new unit because both of the previous ones did not even turn on They responded and said it would be rebuilt The computer arrived back at their facility on 3/15/ On 3/30/I received an email from *** *** telling me that they will rebuilt a ship a new complete computer On 4/5/16, I received the new computer I opened the box on 5/10/and plugged
