I ordered an electronic product from the online store three months ago. To date, my order has not been received and the website lists my product as "Awaiting Fulfillment". My credit card has been billed. I have written once via email, and twice via their online support comment box for explanation with no response. Please note the business address turns out to be only a PO box number, but another page in their web structure (the blog) lists ***. A Google street view verifies they do or once did occupy this address.
