Poor to no after-sell-service Many phone calls, promises of visits that did not happen, excuses of "communication errors" still not fixed Both my wife and myself are handicapped so we had our bathtub converted to a shower by Re-bath, and were pleased with the service On Nov of this year my wife fell in the shower and I had the rescue quad come to get her out They had to remove the shower doors to extract her from the shower As they were doing this I called Re-bath to see if someone could come out and replace the doors The earliest appointment I could get was a week later, on Nov (even though I felt this was an emergency.)
