Oasis Pools & Spas

Oasis pools will not respond at all.
We had our pool installed by Oasis pools and used them for to service our pool, spring and fall, as well as purchased supplies from them. This year for a number of reasons we stopped using any all services from them. Recently we had an issue with our pool liner (purchased from them) and sent them a note asking them for the name of liner manufactor. We require this information to have what would be a warranty issue to contact the company and get it fixed. Oasis pools refuses to answer any of our requests to provide this information for no reason that I can understand. The only issue is they are upset that we no longer use their services. All we want is the name of the company that made the liner and we will deal with the issue ourselves. I can't find any of our paperwork that might provide this information and unfortunately I have to rely on Oasis for this information. Oasis not providing us this information is an outrage! We have still have warranty left and don't even want them to provide service only this information they could provide with one e-mail response. This is probably the dumbest issue I have ever had with a supplier and is probably the easiest to resolve.
