In response to [redacted] and [redacted] .Our Spartanburg Sales Manager has spoken with both [redacted] and [redacted] on 4/19/to make sure everything was settled on their end.And that Freeman gas settled there dispute on 3/16/when we discounted the installation cost of $200.00.Both [redacted] and [redacted] were happy

The problem was resolved in a very amicable wayI am satisfied with their business dealingsIt just took the right people to handle the problemI plan to stay with the companyIt has been my feeling when you are treated right by a company to stay with them

The offer is OK except for a couple issues. I will keep the tank until it is warm enough not to need heat. That could be the end of April or latter. I pay may bills on time and the deduction for the propane put into the tank without me asking for it should be $60.18. Will a check be sent now for the $48.15, $42.50 and the $13.01?  The balance of propane in the tank when returned will be sent when the tank is returned minus the $60.18?

I want to make sure I understand your request.  You want an additional $5.39 on the discount price of the propane that was delivered even though I added the $42.50 and the $13.01 ???I will add the $5.39 !!    I suggested picking up the tank this spring so April is ok?   We will send one check when we pick up the tank.

The problem was resolved in a very amicable way. I am satisfied with their business dealings. It just took the right people to handle the problem. I plan to stay with the company. It has been my feeling when you are treated right by a company to stay with them.

The person doesn't understand some situations. It was not my choice to have oil to be running out of there truck onto my driveway and into my garden and though out the environment of the mountains. In addition, they didn't care to come right away to clean it up. Then they delivered propane when I didn't ask for it. They are not giving me anything more for credit.  If the propane they put in it without my asking for it should be subtracted at the same rate I would have paid for it. I would like the full credit they are giving me in a check before the tank is removed from my yard.  They can get the tank 6 month from the date they put it in my yard. With a check at that time.
