Review: I purchased a service through Groupon for a bikini wax. an email was sent to my email address to verify a date and time for the service that I had already paid for. upon arriving there I found out that she had not only double but triple booked the same time with other clients. she then decided to try and prove to me that I was wrong about the time that I was scheduled to be there. accuse me of giving a dirty look to other clients. I was leaving she continued to talk about me behind the other door to the other customers.Desired Settlement: all I want is my money back. an apology would be nice but I won't hold my breath.
