Total lack of respect for *** property owners
I have not hired Oasis, my next door neighbor did. It has now caused my neighbor and I to become enemies because Oasis has no respect for the *** owners property. They have serviced my next door neighbor's lawn and another house right up the street from me for 2 years now. The house next door to the one up the street has had to drive stakes in his lawn on the property line to keep Oasis' mowers and equipment off of his lawn and I have asked repeatedly for them to stop bringing their mowers across my lawn. They have scalped both mine and the guy up the roads lawns more than once.
It has now resulted in my having to bring the local sheriff's department into it and place No Trespassing signs in my yard, which I hate and think look tacky.
Oasis crews are always throwing mulch and other debris into my yard, onto my parked vehicles, and against my house. I have asked multiple times for all of this to stop to no avail.
When I realized asking my neighbor was futile, I called Oasis and spoke with the owner. We had a very amicable conversation where he said he would stop the problem, and after several more months and no change in behavior I texted him a picture of what his guys were doing. He blocked my number proving he has no control over his crews, or no desire to do what is right.
If you are in the south ***, *** area and consider hiring Oasis, please think about your neighbor. If they behave this way every where, and I believe they do, you will be at odds with your neighbor very soon. Choose another, more respectful company.
