Oasis Day Spa- Salon

They did something totally different to my hair of what I actually ask for.On saturday 4th January,2015. I went to get my hair done to the oasis aveda salon and day span at Dulles town center. The lady who did it was [redacted] she did a terrible job. I ask for an ombre hair color and instead she did highlights. She charge me $160 plus she did the wrong color. I'm extremely ununhappy with what she did to may hair. I talk to the manager and she said she was going to fix it. The manager just mess it up even more. I walk away of that place because I just didn't want them to keep continue messing up even more. I had to fix it my self and had to ask another professional hair style to fix it for me. That same day that I was there there was a customer next to who got her hair melt by another person on that salon. I think this people doesn't know what they are doing. Please take some action.Desired SettlementAll I ask is for complete refund of what I pay for the service. They didn't do want I ask for so I should have a refund.
