This place is very unorganized. Courtney, one of the councillors here has very foul language and called my son a little girl and asked if he cried to his mom in a group session. Way understaffed. Made my son wait to use the restroom 45 minutes because they didn't have someone to help pay him down. Even prison has constant access to a bathroom. The councilor also did stay past 3pm when my husband got off work for family sessions. They were continuously not being honest with me about clothes that I had brought for my son and said they would give them to him and then after a week of them making him wear only undershirts while everyone else was able to wear regular clothes they still would not give them to him and said he had to earn them. This is supposed to be a place to get mental help but I believe they made things worse. The clinical supervisor,Jessica, did call me back and apologize but after everything I did not feel safe leaving my child here.
