To Whom It May Concern,Re: [redacted] complaint about her mattress/box spring inspection.Following the independant inspection of her mattress and foundation, the inspection company recommended the replacement of her foundations (not the mattress)I received the results of the inspection on 8/15/At this point I created a service form stating that Serta has approved replacement of the foundations onlyThis form was created on 8/15/I subsequently attempted to reach Ms [redacted] on the following dates.8/15/- Left voicemail - No reply9/5/ - Left voicemail - No reply9/18/- Left voicemail - No reply10-7-- Left voicemail - No replyAt this point I closed the service action form due to non response from customer.In the customers complaint to Revdex.com she states she called multiple times and received no answer and that she sent an emailIt is not possible that our phones would not be answered during business hours and if she called after hours she could have left a voicemail and we have no records of any voicemails from her on our warehouse, corporate or showroom linesAlso we have no record of any emails from Ms [redacted] .I have re-opened her service action form and will make every attempt to contact her again in a further attempt to get this matter taken care of.Sincerely [redacted] Oasis BedroomsCustomer Service Manager

Review: 2000.00 dollar mattress that came with a 10 warranty... Called and told the service people that the bed was indented only a month after having it. They came to my house and stated that we needed a new box spring, well its been well over 6 months and no new box spring. So I called,called and called no answer. So I finally left an email and still NO RESPONSE. I just want them to own up on their services. Please help!!!Desired Settlement: Just want a replacement of my mattress.
