The information stated above says nothingI will tell you that Oakmont manager called me about this complaint and was not very understanding about my complaints regarding service, & returned calls...her comment was "I will have to look into this...I didn't expect her to do anything, the culture of rudeness goes throughout this companyShe was trying to "give me a better price on the marker" to win my business, I told her outright she would never see a penny of my money, that in fact a comment like that just fueled my anger, they were going to charge over $in the beginning and lower the price because of my complaint????? Isn't this unethical?
