Oakhurst Apartments

Review: Me and my husband lived at Oakhurst Appartment for 7 month. At the end the manager told us that my husband was making too much money so they gave us a 30 day notice to leave. My husband's income did increase a bit, not much though. So I don't know why they let us in in the first place. So we moved out. And now they are charging us $1385.98 to replace the entire carpet. It's unbelievable. When we left, we knew the carpet was in good condition. We had two dogs, but still it didn't do that much Damage to the carpet. It couldn't, we only lived there for 7 month. Also the checklist the manager did on what is not clean and needs work is off too, it's so subjective for one person to say what is or is not clean. At last, they demand us to pay that money in 15 days or it will go up1% per month. How can one expect us to pay that bill in 15 days. Really it's harassment. That is what happen. And I want justice to this matter.Thank you!Desired Settlement: I want it resolve in which we are not paying $1385.98 for the carpet. I am ok if they keep our deposit.
