Review: Ruined 49er Football Jersey

On September 5, 2013 I took in 1 dress to be taken in. 2 football jersy's to be cleaned. One white and one red. We went to pick them up on September 7, 2013 and was told by owner that they had a problem. Brought out my red Jersey and the red from the jersey bled into the white letters and the letters are bubbled. The v neck on the front of the jersey appears to be melted. This was the first time the jersey had ever been cleaned. I asked what she was going to do about it and she replied that I owed her $18 for the other two items. I paid the $18 and she refuses to replace my jersey..Desired Settlement: I am asking that the Jersey be replaced or the amount of the Jersey be sent to me by mail. Description of Jersey was 49ers Nike Jersey Red with white letters. Davis was the name on the back of the Jersey in white letters. Size: Mens 56. Or $179.99 in a check.
