Ordered two new French oak wine barrels on 7/30/18. Never received. Seller multiple times replied back stating would provide update but never does.
communication from seller:
8-9-18: This order is expected for delivery by this Friday afternoon. I will re-confirm but looks like early Friday afternoon. I will forward details to the truck so you can contact for an ETA as well.
8-23-18: Sorry for the delay, I'll have tracking sent over asap for this order.
Seller was quick to send invoice and collect payment but has never shipped product.
Also website has pictures of beverage companies they work with. Wondering if they actually do and if those companies have anything to say about their logos being on the web page.
Refund and shut down website due to false business and close down their paypal account. Prevent this from happening to other people
We refunded the customer back via PayPal. We will re-confirm if the refund went back to the customer. If there was a problem we will have it resolved today and reach out to the customer with an update.

I have not received a refund. Just checked again a couple of minutes ago. Still showing as a charge on my account. Business is stating that they would verify refund was made but they have not. Would now like proof as I have not received a refund.
Sorry for the delay and we will be reaching out to the customer. I will have our accounts manger update the refund via PayPal tomorrow and re-process the refund. We are once aging sorry for the delay and will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This is the same issue that happened with delivery. Every response was always, I'll get back to you or update you tomorrow. I'm going to need screenshots and or documents from PayPal showing that this was refunded. If the account manager is doing this tomorrow, then there should be no issue providing that documentation by tomorrow end of day (9-28-18).

Wicked Wort ordered 4 barrels from Oak Wood Barrel Co. on 10/27/17 paid the invoice. As of 11/21/17 Wicked Wort still has not received the barrels.
On 10/26/17 my Brewer *** order 4 tequila barrels from the Oak Wood Barrel Company via email. On 10/27/17 I was given the invoice #XXXXXX for $484 ($414 for the barrels $70 shipping cost) and I paid the invoice via PayPal. At that time we were told the barrels would deliver over the weekend of 10/28-10/29/17. The delivery did not occur. On 11/14/17 I emailed [email protected] asking for an update as my barrels still had not been delivered. On 11/14/17 I was told delivery would happen within the next 24 hours... It did not happen. 11/15/17 I emailed [email protected] again asking for an update and I received a response that day 11/15/17 stating the barrels would be delivered by end of day. They never delivered. 11/16/17 I emailed [email protected] asking for an update and received no response. 11/17/17 I emailed [email protected] asking for an update and received no response. 11/20/17 I emailed [email protected] asking for an update and received an email back stating their "Sales Rep" would reach out to me ASAP. I never received a phone call or email. My brewer *** emailed [email protected] on 11/20/17 requesting an update. 11/21/2017 *** with Oak Wood Barrel Co. responded stating he was "Checking on the order and that the barrels would be delivered tomorrow" but he would provide an update with a better ETA... Still no email or phone call.
I would like my $484 back. I refuse to accept any product from this company. I would like this company to receive some form of "black mark" according to multiple feeds online this is a continuous occurrence where Oak Wood Barrel Company takes money from companies and individuals but never delivers the product.
