My husband and I were forced to leave due to the uncleanliness and other items stated in the original letter. We droveto Allendale, Michigan where my daughter has an apartment and spent the night with my daughter. My daughter and a few of her friendscan testify that we stayed at her place that night. Actually, it we drove during a snow storm.I believe we left the motel about p.mish. I find it very interesting that she indicated that we left the next morning. Maybe she got us confused with someone else??As for the condition of the room. My husband and I can both testify that it was no healthy to stay in. The only reason I remember this person is because she wrote me a letter a few days after her stay, wanting her money back, and if she got her money back she would be happy and not pursue anything. She stated in her letter...
that she never stayed in the room and many other horrible untrue statements. My contractor and I both seen her the next day with her husband getting into her car. I asked her if everything was okay with her stay and she said it was fine. As for all her complaints, she was in a room that was recently renovated, The bathroom was cleaned and the drapes were just washed after the renovation. I would like to know how many complaints she has done in her past. I have been in business for 25 years and have never had a complaint or ever had to go through this.
