Dear Revdex.com, The tenants did ask to move out in the middle of his lease and we let hum know that he would forfit his security deposit and be responsible for all damages for the unit.He agreed and moved out.No additional penalty was assessed against him as he suggested in his complaint. After he had
moved we did an inspection of his unit and found it to be in disgusting condition Please see pictures from our inspection report that I have attached. The one thing the pictures done show well is the place was covered in Cat litter and Cat fecesThe charges as described to *** in the letter we sent him (Also Attached) was that the only way we could remove the smell from his cat was to remove the carpet and seal the under-flooring and replace the carpet. This is why he was responsible for the additional costs and we will continue to go after him until we have recovered the damages he caused

Is sorry you feel the way you do.The owner is the one pushing us to move forward with this collections effort. The "look" of the carpet was not the issue, it was the smell. We will contnue with our efforts. We are not new to this process and we know our rights. If the collection efforts are not successful soon we will be filing a judgment and going to court and those fees will be added on to the total.Thank you
I am rejecting this response because:This apartment did not have new carpet when I moved in. I also took steps to minimize the area the cat could go freely.I always complied with pet rules. I paid extra for pet allowance. I believe the renting agency has been unfair in asking me to go above and beyond my obligations as a customer. I also have photos before I moved in. Since photos even by your admition do little to support our positions, I can also get the owner of this dwelling. Prior to my renting, to back me in this case.
