I am rejecting this response because:  the pants are not white, they are not a dingy gray and not  acceptable.  I have stopped by the business 5 times requesting the pants to be fixed or replaced.  The manager has refused to call me back.  The pants have not returned to the original color despite multiple attempts at "fixing" them.
