I was a customer of this group for over years So was my husband I never had anything I to complain about Although the turnover of doctors has been very high Almost every time I had a visit there were new doctors
Unfortunately about months ago I received a bill of over $with no explanation other than "Forward Balance" on it I contacted the office multiple times asking for explanation, and was told I will hear from their Internal Revenue Cycle department I was never given and ETA There is also apparently no way of reaching them The office manager, Brittany was nice to apologize, but she says her hands are tied and the only thing to do is continue waiting for a call back It has been over a month I the mean time I received phone calls, texts and an e-mail inviting me to make a dental cleaning appointment But never heard back about the bill I now received another bill, the same one, called again, and got the same answer I have to wait
This is no way to treat a customer I believe this is negligent and unacceptable
