Review: I Charged $762.00 for a CALIFORNIA KING BED AND INSTEAD was sent a Bed that doesn't fit my existing California King Mattresses as well as the Bed Frame has Several Scratches and dents from them preceding to make several attempts to adjust and or try to fit a Base into the frame of the bed that does not fit. I went to the Store to explain the situation on 9/*/2013 and was treated very rudely and the owner/operator was very rude and obnoxious and wasn't willing to respectfully address me with me having such dissatisfaction with the bedroom set. I have since contacted the bank and requested that the funds be returned back to my account.Desired Settlement: COME AND GET THEIR BED AS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY $762.00 for a Bedframe that doesn't fit my bed... as well as have something that has significant damage due to their delivery men negligence

In reply to above complaint number [redacted] did in fact purchase a California king bed from our establishment on August [redacted] of this year and was delivered exactly what was ordered. AS you can see [redacted] signed for the delivery after it was assembled.

His claim that the mattress he has doesn't fix may be, because he purchased the wrong size mattress for a California king. He may have purchased a eastern king witch will not fit properly. We have checked with the manufacture, Ashley Furniture and they verified that a California king was delivered.

It is possible that [redacted] is trying to fix his mistake of inadvertently ordering the wrong size mattress by claiming he received the wrong bed. Furthermore if the customer felt it was the wrong .bed, why he would sign and have kept the bed in his home when he could have simply ref used the order. We are asking the Revdex.com to close this case immediately.
