We have paid the remaining balance on this account and are waiting for an estimated timeline to have the following punch list completed.-2 screens reordered-Dented frame on upstairs window-A/C and Power line reattached to the home-minor drywall repair in play room, bathroom, and bedroom-roofing on patio cover repaired

out to the Complainant, [redacted], and explained the sizing and the fit of the product, which is jogger style pant and therefore, a non-traditional fit. Club Monaco told [redacted] that it would gladly exchange the pants she purchased for a different style or issue a full refund. [redacted] was happy with how the issue was resolved, and we considered this matter closed.
