I am a customer of Oak Creek homes and I find the response ludicriousI have provided the model number, the policy number and the order numberI have all documents from Oak Creek on the purchase, delivery and insurance claimIf they are denying I bought my modular from them I suggest they reimburse me for the purchase price of $93,I want them to pay me the $that we have claimed on 11-9-They refuse to provide me with the documents that the insurance comopany requires to process my claimThey will not retuen my phone calls

NOOCH never offered to write a check to the crane company
OCH did offer to pay additional setup and transportation costs that were Mr ***’s responsibility per the purchase agreement that he signed on October 29th,
This offer made by OCH was to help offset and “cover” the additional crane charges
Obviously Mr ***’s interpretation is that we would pay the crane
Mr *** states that OCH was “always to be responsible for set up charges.”
Per the above mentioned OCH purchase agreement signed by Mr ***, it clearly states the following:
“CRANES, SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, ENGINEERING AND ANYTHING REQUIRED FOR MODULAR
THAT IS NOT SETUP IS BUYER RESPONSIBILITY.”

Review: This Company is a peace of work. On January 3, 2013 I went and bought a new home from them pais CASH for this home. I was told that I would be into this home the first week of Easter will I forced myself into this home in June sometime. I still didnt have everything done and I still dont have everything done. I was sent some papers to sign this was funny because it said I had a ACT OF SALE that I never I still dont have keys. we lost a home in Hurricane they have a couple of people that went with this company and we all having problems. I have emails that is giving me time lines of this that needed to be done and wasntDesired Settlement: I have money that I put out and things wasnt done. also still have things they owe me

Review: My wife and I went to purchase a home with Oak Creek Homes. Upon entering the business we were greeted nicely and spoke with one of the Senior managers. We sat and talked over the process of getting a home, We went over numbers of credit scores, income requirements, place of home, etc. Everything that was required of us to be brought in was done so within a day, including a deposit of 500 hundred dollars. If all papers were in order a home would be ordered and delivered within weeks. The time was Early July 2015. The very next day an inspection of our land was done by representatives of Oak Creek Homes. That was one of the last times we heard from the guy named Colt. Numerous phones calls to the office ended in he will call you back. That call never came. Finally, on the morning of August 10th I contacted the office again. This time the person on the other end said Colt was no longer with the company. They thought they had contacted everyone he had been dealing with. A meeting was set up to find out what was going on with our home and what happened to the deposit we had given them. The meeting was horrible. This new guy,Frankie, did not seem to care about selling us a home and was not concerned that we had not been contacted in Colt's absence. Our deposit would have to wait 15 days to be returned. Minus the fee for the land inspection. No explanations, no I'm sorry, nothing. These are people's lives you have in your hands and the non caring attitude has left a bitter taste in our mouths. Our family is very disappointed and very upset that a home we had picked out and was waiting on will never come. We are currently doubled up with family. We are both hard working people. My wife works with Special Ed kids here in the parish and I run trucks for the oilfield. We may not be rich but we work for everything we have. We feel as if we don't matter to these people. That hard working people don't matter to this company.Desired Settlement: We would like a total refund of our monies and an apology from this company. We have a daughter in college and other bills. We work hard for what we have. It is unfair for this company to charge us a fee for a service they had no intention in following through with. This guy Frankie needs to not be working at any place where he has to deal with the public. He could not tell me how much was the land inspection. Had to keep walking in and out of the room to get information from other people.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Oak Creek Homes regarding complaint ID 10761315, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Oak Creek Homes has given me a refund of $225.00. I gave them a total of $500.00. Still. there has been no answer given to us about why we were not contacted or why the original person we spoke with was no longer with the company. No apology offered oe explanation. All we got was an explanation of us being $269.00 under budget to purchase a home through them. We had gotten numerous letters saying otherwise from the finance company.
