I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

We are so sorry to hear of this complaintOur office always encourages our patients to communicate any issues or frustrations they may encounter*** called into our office on July 29,to cancel his appointment for the same dayOur office asks for a hour canellation notification from all of
our patientsThis policy is reviewed in detailed and signed by the patient (attached above)However, we also understand emergenices and deliemas can occurWe are lenient with our policy under these circumstances with proper communication*** is a valued patient with our office and we would love the chance to rectify this issue immediately

Forcing patients to sign an acceptance form for your "broken appointment fee" (or be faced with a refusal of service) does not justify the exorbitant amountLevying a $61 fine for not providing "hours advance notice" of inability to keep an appointment would be an outrageous practice in any business--dental care is no exceptionI will no longer do business with you, either waySo rescind the "fee" or the complaint will stand unresolved

The broken appointment fee has been rescinded per your request. As perviously stated in our response, we are lenient with this policy and understand issues can arise. The broken appointment fee is in place for patients whom habitually break their appointments however, we DO NOT refuse services based on this policy. We are sorry you feel the correspondence between us could not be resolved and it is unfortunate we are losing your business.
