The person in charge at Oak Creek is Arlene H[redacted], General Manager The person before that was Karen J[redacted] . I have contacted the Maryland  Consumer Affairs Dept as well. Noting has been resolved and this is a crime and something should be done. Taking contractor's money and not providing a service on their end.
