complaint and inquired 2-3 times and no one mentioned a 30 day process.
I received the check shortly after I opened my case on 5/18/17 and the check came in the mail 2 days later which was what I was expecting to have happen.

We have only one work order for an ac from the past year, if you have maintenance issues, pelase contact the leasing office we are happy to assist. Lastly, we can take another 60 day notice to vacate, however we can not just let you out of your lease contract. Thank you,
