Tell us why hereMr [redacted] resided at Oakchase Apartments from 6/19/to 7/31/ Upon move out Mr [redacted] was charged a final water bill in the amount of $for four occupants The billing dates for the final water bill are 5/5/thru 6/9/and 6/10/thru 7/31/ The resident was responsible for monthly water bills which included fees for water, trash, sewer, and pest control However, when the resident moved in 6/19/he did not have a water bill for a brief time due to water being billed arrears Upon move out the resident was billed for water thru his move out date 7/31/which caught him up to our current billing cycle.Upon move out Mr [redacted] had a past due rent amount of $and a late fee in the amount of $which was filled on his final account statementThe resident had a $security deposit that was applied to the total owed of $leaving a total owed to the property in the amount of $285.36.The $that Mr [redacted] owes includes a collection fee charged by the collection company PRG Sincerely, [redacted] ***Property Manager

Tell us why here... Mr. [redacted] resided at Oakchase Apartments from 6/19/15 to 7/31/2017.  Upon move out Mr. [redacted] was charged a final water bill in the amount of $203.24 for four occupants.  The billing dates for the final water bill are 5/5/17 thru 6/9/17 and 6/10/17 thru 7/31/17. ...

The resident was responsible for monthly water bills which included fees for water, trash, sewer, and pest control.  However, when the resident moved in 6/19/15 he did not have a water bill for a brief time due to water being billed arrears.  Upon move out the resident was billed for water thru his move out date 7/31/2017 which caught him up to our current billing cycle.Upon move out Mr. [redacted] had a past due rent amount of $157.12 and a late fee in the amount of $225.00 which was filled on his final account statement. The resident had a $300 security deposit that was applied to the total owed of $585.36 leaving a total owed to the property in the amount of $285.36.The $335.36 that Mr. [redacted] owes includes a collection fee charged by the collection company PRG.   Sincerely,  [redacted]Property Manager
