He explanied that he had some family issues (terminally ill sister) and was taking care of those and that took precidence over other issuesI believe him as we had a great relationship over the last three years and he has always kept his word beforeI withdraw my complaint and believe Mr [redacted] was trying to make things right but needed to take care of family firstI'm good with that and completely understandBased on my prior experience with Mr [redacted] , I would recommend him and would do business with him againOther than this small issue (which I truly believe to be more of a miscommunication than anything), he has always been upfront and honest with meIf you do business with Mr [redacted] , I think you'll be 100% satisfied and happy you didThanks for the help in getting us connected and the issue resolved [redacted]
