I have been in touch with *** regarding her complaints Her order for *** *** ($value not the $that she stated) was on back order which I had communicated to her would
be delivered once it was back in stock Our computer system shows it as being delivered since it had been scheduled, however as I had stated we were planning on filling this order once we had received it We have refunded *** for the price of the soap ($5) as well as for one of her bags valued at $ *** husband had sent over picture of two items in their $bag that had minor damage to them The items shown as spoiled (1lb Japanese cucumbers- $3) and (half pound of organic arugula=$4) were damaged and deserve to be reimbursed for Even though there was no direct issue with the other items in the bag which we assume had been consumed by the customer, we will still go ahead and reimburse for the entire value of the bag
