Ordered shorts and a tee as a gift I need in a few weeks. 45 days has passed. Gift no longer needed and no tracking and when asked for a refund they tell me the items are special ordered. Their website should state that!

Joined their “GoonSquad” Subscription in AugustThey are suppose to send a shirt every month that you pay and I’ve made two payment and received nothingTried at least times now to contact them through email and social media and they will not reply in any formTerrible service and they are just stealing money

What kind of business is this??? And if they are veterans, you're giving us a bad name! I made a purchase for an "ugly sweater" on the HolidayFury.com site back on November 30th, I received the item on January 1st 2017, despite their guidance, stated here per customer service: "...current average turn around time on our sweater is 5-days from when you place your order until the printer gets the shipment outShipping usually takes 3-days." HoldiayFury.com and OAF Nation falsely advertised and gave me a expectation of expediting and delivery of this order Additionally, HolidayFury did not respond to my voicemail and email inquiries in a reasonable amount of time
When I requested a full refund and asked for return label, I was directed to HolidayFury's parent company OAF Nation site where, a not easy to find refund policy states that since they do not "hold inventory" and cannot accept any refunds
I am very displeased, dissatisfied with this site, their product and their service but I cannot have a refund and have no other recourse I will steer any friends and family very clear away from this site
