We have communicated with the client and explained the situation in regards to the contract having no amount for the occupancy and that were instructed by the listing broker as to what amount to hold for said occupancy and that the figure that the purchaser had requested was not agreed upon by both
the buyer and seller. We have come to terms in regards to a settlement for the inconvience as to this situation. Thank you
