Response to customer compliant:The parent is correct that they did place an order for $ Unfortunately there was a system error, and we have corrected that specific problem The parent should have received their absentee package by now Also, because of the error we upgraded
the parents package and we will be issuing a full refund We recognize that this parents initial concerns were not handled correctly, and have since taken steps to inure that this does not happen again.Thank You
