Disney Shuttle Bus Drivers were incompetent and had me and my family riding on buses for over hours trying to get back to our hotelUnacceptable!
I have attached the complaint I sent to Mears on Monday April, 3, which details the issues I never received a response from Mears I also tried to call but was on hold so long I sent the email messageMy time was wasted We got back to the hotel so late we had to pay more money and order room service because not many kid friendly restaurants were open that late on a Sunday This company needs to train their drivers before sending them on the roadNo one driving around people all day should have a nasty attitude, not know the addresses/names of the hotels, or not know that there is more than one *** in the same area
