Very poor customer service,poor craftsmanship. We ordered a specific size mantle and hearth cut from stone. The mantle was cut with a variance from one end to another. I called and spoke with [redacted] who basically said it was my problem. He said I should have known there would be a visible difference when you are dealing with natural stone. He refused to even try to recut it or provide an alternative.
Very poor customer service.....I would not recommend them.
