O'Charley's. Again, this is what the guest said to the Operations Director. On this particular visit, she wasn't immediately greeted by a server and she felt like something was wrong with the food. We are sending her a $20 gift card and she will probably return to another location.
When I entered her contact information in our system, it appears that she has documented complaints on 17 other occasions to the handful of restaurant brands that use our same system.
