I ordered a part for my gas grill using the model number on the grill. They sent me the wrong size part. I asked to return the part and they told me they would refund my purchase upon return of the part. After returning the part, they wouldn't refund me $28 of the purchase price due to shipping costs. The part is only $33. They were able to ship the part to me for $7 but want $28 for the return when they told me they would completely reimburse me for the part upon its return. I am totally dissatified with their service department.
