We gave this place 10 jackets to embroider for $125 each on Sept 21, 2019. Work was to be completed by Oct 21, 2019. Still don't have jackets.
Owner has said jackets were delayed due to her machines malfunctioning. Told us we have to wait on her to catch up other orders. Phones go unanswered during business hours, calls are not returned, we have missed engagements due to not having the jackets.

Purchased custom jacket, have yet to receive order
Purchased a custom HOJ red coaches jacket in Jul 2019 at an HOJ session in Dallas at the Westin Dallas Ft Worth hotel. I was told that she had some other sessions, but would begin working on my order in several weeks. No, issue with the timing. After a while, I followed up and was informed that the jacket I ordered was backed order and was waiting for more to come in. Each time I followed up, there was always an issue (machines down, image to be embroidered not correct), at this point it was almost at the end of Oct. One time I spoke with the husband and he apologized for the delay, he was the one that informed me that the image was incorrect and offered to throw in a white jacket, because i've been waiting so long. The last time I spoke with the owner, she told me that my jacket would be sent out by the end of the week before the end of October. It is now mid November, and I have yet to receive my order. I been trying to be patient for my order, trying to understand the issues they ran into, however, now I'm not able to get in contact with the owner. I reached someone, I believe the son, and informed me that he needed to contact his mother and would call me back...never received the call back. Does not answer the phone and voicemail is not setup. I paid for a jacket, I would expect some accommodation would be made to fulfill my order.
