Review: My wife selected several items including wool caps, sweat pants, and others from the store. In total, she spent some $70 in merchandise. After she finished paying and before she took the merchandise off the cashier's counter, she noticed that an additional item --a wool cap-- she had not selected had been put into her bag. Upon realizing that she had been charged $5.99 for said item, she asked the store clerk to correct the mistake. The store clerk refused alleging that she had purchased the wool cap and that the store had a no-refund policy. At no moment did my wife intend to purchase this item. The store clerk should have acknowledged his mistake and refunded the moneys he charged for it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $5.99 plus tax. I will happily pay for postage to mail back the item to the store. Note that I only took the item because I was forced into buying it

Review: Purchased 3 T-Shirts from this company. Within an hour of wearing one of them the logo and silk screen peeled off. I called and spoke with them the only possible solution they offered was for me to bring the shirt in for them to see. They know that I am 1,000 miles away and that is not possible.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a replacement of a quality shirt but if that is not possible I would be happy with a refund.
