Review: I contracted NYC Dog Walkers for daily Puppy Visits. Which includes the following per their website: Visits include feeding, initial in home leash training, playtime and of course lots of love and attention. When your veterinarian approves your puppy to be walked outside, we will take your pup for safe, fun-filled walks and can help reinforce any training issues you and your pup are working on." I signed up for the 5-7 times per week at a rate of $19/per visit. I had an in-person meeting with the dog walker to discuss what my dog was and was not capable of. Specifically that my dog would most likely not walk for the full 30 minutes, however the rest of the time could be spent in my home providing the care mentioned in the "visit description." After reviewing the key logs my building provides me, it came to my attention that the dog walker never spent more than 15 minutes with my dog. After bringing this to the attention of the [redacted], I was met with hostile disregard and chose to end my contract with the company. I'm now being charged with 6 thirty minute visits, when in actuality I only received 6 fifteen minute visits. The owner refuses to negotiate the final invoice, and therefore is billing me for something I did not agree to.Desired Settlement: Half of the amount of the final invoice, since we received half the time for each visit. I have key logs to prove this. The final amount would be $62.00.
